Pepper Steak

Ingredients

260 gr round steak in
140 gr green pepper
120 gr onion
50 gr coarsely celery
85 gr mushrooms
28 gr butter
3 gr salt
30 ml soy sauce
10 gr corn starch
240 ml water
1 1/2 baltimore spice old bay seasoning

Instructions

In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings
