Perfect Salad

Ingredients

1/2 unflovored gelatin
240 ml water
14 gr sugar replacement
1 gr salt
16 ml lemon juice
2 cucumbers
32 gr carrots
30 gr onions
85 ml cream cheese
30 ml lo-cal mayonnaise

Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add gelatin mixture, sugar replacement, and salt to hot water; stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, cucumber, carrots, and onion.
