Perfection Pecan Pie
Ingredients
130 gr all purpose flour
1 gr salt
95 gr crisco shortening
16 ml water
55 gr butter
200 gr sugar
4 eggs
250 gr corn syrup
9 gr vanilla
1 1/4 pecan
6 pancake
1 larger than upside-down
9 pie
Instructions
inserted in center comes out clean.Cool to room temperature before cutting.Makes one 23 cm pie.
