Persimmon Cookies 1
Ingredients
200 gr sugar
110 gr shortening
1 egg
1 persimmon pulp mixed with
5 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
170 gr dates
120 gr nuts
250 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 cream shortening
Instructions
Bake at 180ºC for about 10 to dozen minutes--until they are as you like them.
