200 gr sugar 95 gr shortening 1 persimmon pulp 5 gr baking soda 1 egg 250 gr flour 3 gr cinnamon 1 gr salt 140 gr nuts 170 gr raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190ÂșC . Cream the sugar and shortening. Add the persimmon pulp and baking soda, mix well. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
