Pice Bach

Ingredients

240 gr flour
1 mixed spice
4 lard
120 gr currants
5 gr baking powder
110 gr margarine
140 gr castor sugar
2 egg

Instructions

Sift the flour, baking powder, and mixed spice; rub in the margarine and lard; add the sugar, currants and beaten egg. Mix in milk to make a stiff dough and roll out 1 cm thick.
