Pimento Chicken

Ingredients

1 package cream of mushroom soup
75 gr pimento cheese
3 eggs
28 gr butter
240 gr mushrooms
280 gr chicken
45 ml cream

Instructions

Blend soup and cheese and heat; add eggs salt, pepper and butter. Then add mushrooms with juice and chicken. Bo not boil. Add cream shortly before serving. Serve over chinese noodles, in pastry shells or anything you prefer.
