Pimiento Spread For Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

120 gr tofu
30 ml oil
30 ml apple cider vinegar
14 gr sugar
4 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
475 gr firm tofu
3 sweet pickle relish
1/2 pimientos

Instructions
