Pineapple Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

600 gr pineapple chunks
1 banana
350 ml skim milk
1 gr vanilla extract

Instructions

* Pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Drain pineapple, reserving 0.75 cup juice. Measure half cup pineapple chunks and save the remainder for another use. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.. 85 calories per serving.
