Pineapple Carob Cashew Brownies

Ingredients

250 gr wheat pastry flour
5/8 carob powder
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
120 ml honey
120 ml unsweetened applesauce
65 gr pineapple
4 gr vanilla extract
60 gr cashew

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . In a large mixing bowl combine flour, carob, baking powder and salt. Blend honey, applesauce, juices, pineapple and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir in nuts. Pour batter into an oiled 23 cm x 33 cm pan. Bake 1 hour or until brownies pull away from sides of pan.
