Pineapple Coconut Coffecake

Ingredients

375 gr pineapple preserves
80 gr flaked coconut

Instructions

Pre-heat oven 190ºC Press dough into greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Spread preserves evenly over dough. Sprinkle coconut on top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 190ºC for 25-30 minutes. If coconut gets too brown, cover loosely with foil last 5-10 minutes of baking. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan. Serve warm or cold. NOTE: Any flavor preserves or jam may be used. ----
