Pineapple Dream Cake

Ingredients

190 gr shortening
550 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
325 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
240 ml pineapple juice
3 eggs
6 gr orange flavoring
10 gr pineapple flavoring
110 gr margarine
1 egg yolk
120 ml milk
250 gr pineapple
16 gr cornstarch

Instructions

Cream shortening, sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Beat until very light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to creamed mixture alternately with juice. Begin with flour and end with flour. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30-35 minutes. Makes 2 9-inch layers. You Won't Believe It Frosting. Beat these ingredients at high speed with electric mixer for exactly 15 minutes. No more or no less. Now add and mix in two third cup of cooked pineapple. Frost cake. Cooked Pineapple. The original instructions say to put frosting in a covered dish in the refrigerator for a month. Then add the cooked mixture. No way around my house.
