Pineapple Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ingredients
325 gr firmly packed brown sugar
350 ml cream cheese softened
4 eggs
16 gr flour
22 gr pumpkin pie spice
4 gr vanilla extract
13 of water on lower rack in oven
28 gr brown sugar
8 springform coated with vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
Drain pinapple, reserving syrup. Cook reserved syrup, reserved sugar and diced pineapple over medium high heat 8 minutes, or until thick, without stirring. Just before serving, arrange pineapple on top of cheesecake. Drizzle with glaze. Makes 8 servings
