Pinto Bean Loaf

Ingredients

700 gr pinto beans
240 ml tomato sauce
110 gr bread crumbs
24 gr onion
1/4 quick oatmeal
16 gr egg replacer mixed with
60 ml water
60 ml catsup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except catsup, in a large bowl. Mix well. Turn into a non-stick loaf pan, 9- quarter x 5- quarter x 3, and flatten. Spread catsup or BBQ sauce over the top. Bake for 45 minutes. NOTE: Makes a good sandwich spread when cold.
