Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

1 italian bread dough
230 ml philadelphia cream cheese with herb
170 gr skimmed mozzarella cheese
100 gr pepperoni
45 gr green pepper
16 ml olive oil
1/2 italian seasoning

Instructions

Roll the dough to 15x20 rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese over the dough to within 3 cm of the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and the peppers over the cream cheese and roll the dough from the LONG sides, pressing the edges together to seal. Brush the top and sides with the olive oil and sprinkle with the italian seasoning.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30 to 35 min or until golden brown. Slice and serve.
