Pizza Sauce #5

Ingredients

1 package tomato puree
18 gr basil
700 ml water
325 gr black pepper
1,400 ml cooking oil
45 gr oregano
1 glove garlic
160 gr parmesan cheese
30 gr onion
450 gr brown sugar

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a 2 litre sauce pan and cook for 30-40 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 5 dozen inch Pizzas.
