Plum Torte Kh

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
110 gr butter
130 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
2 eggs
20 plums

Instructions

----------------------------------TOPPING---------------------------------Sugar Lemon juice Cinnamon Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, baking powder, eggs and beat well. Spoon batter into 23 cm springform pan. Place plum halves skin side up on top of batter. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and lemon juice. Sprinkle with aboout 1 tsp cinnamon and a small amount of nutmeg. Bake at 180ºC or 1 hour.

Batter will rise and cover plums. Remove and cool, refrigerate or freeze if desired. Or cool to lukewarm and serve with vanilla ixe cream or whipped cream.

To serve frozen tortes, defrost and reheat briefly at 150ºC .
