900 ml sour orange juiceorange juice
240 ml lime juice
3 achiote paste
12 gr kosher salt
4 gr oregano
4 gr thyme
5 gr black pepper
1,900 ml water
10 onions thinly
450 ml vinegar
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 habanero chile
1 marinade
1 pickled onions
1 pork
1 grill pork steaks

Instructions

Serving Suggestions: Serve with pickled red onions and Mexican yellow rice. Garnish with habanero chile peppers and cilantro.
