Pogen's Gingersnaps
Ingredients
55 gr butter
95 gr vegetable shortening
220 gr packed brown sugar
60 ml molasses
1 egg
280 gr all-purpose flour sifted
9 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
5 gr powdered ginger
5 gr cinnamon
Instructions
