Pokey's Beef Dip Or Appetizer

Ingredients

230 ml cream cheese
30 ml milk
18 gr green pepper
1 gr black pepper
120 ml sour cream
26 gr krafts horseradish
36 gr nuts about
1/8 later use
2 pkg beef

Instructions

-or clipped into fine pieces Parmesan cheese (optional) Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix well; add quarter cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 0.125 nuts on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 minutes. After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, etc. Scrumptious!!! From Judith Murphy
