Polenta With Cheese

Ingredients

120 gr cornmeal
180 ml water
750 ml boiling water
6 gr salt
14 gr margarine
80 gr parmesan cheese
40 gr swiss cheese
250 gr casserole
180 ml water in
1,900 ml saucepan
60 ml boiling water

Instructions

and the salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir until smooth.Spread one-third of the mixture in casserole. Dot with 1 teaspoon of the margarine. Sprinkle with one third cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat twice. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 6 SERVINGS (ABOUT 0.75 CUP EACH); 125 CALORIES PER SERVING.
