Polish Sausage

Ingredients

1,000 gr pork butt
450 gr beef stew meat
6 gr pepper
1 gr marjoram leaves
8 garlic clove
1 gr allspice
10 gr salt

Instructions

Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
