Pop The Cork Pasta Crunch

Ingredients

85 gr corkscrew macaroni
40 gr parmesan cheese
1/2 italian seasoning
1 gr garlic salt
1 1/2 of oil in a deep skillet
12 macaroni at

Instructions

a time in the hot oil until light brown about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Stir to separate. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat until all of the cooked macaroni are fried. While the macaroni are still warm, sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Toss gently to coat evenly. Cool. Makes about 10.5 servings.
