Poppy Seed Sauce

Ingredients

240 ml low fat yogurt
2 orange zest
2 lemon zest
30 ml raspberry vinegar
30 ml apple cider vinegar
16 ml orange juice concentrate
28 gr poppy seed

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill before serving to develop taste. Makes about 1.25 cup. 20 servings (1 tablespoon).
