Poppyseed & Nut Filling For Hamantaschen

Ingredients

140 gr poppy seeds
40 gr corn syrup
8 gr citron
65 gr nuts
28 gr butter
4 gr vanilla
85 gr raisins
240 ml milk

Instructions

Put washed and drained poppy seeds through finest blade of food chopper and mix with rest of ingredients EXCEPT vanilla. Let mixture cook over slow heat until thick stirring often. Cool and add vanilla. ----
