Pork Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients

260 gr pork chops
1 fat
1 onion
50 gr celery
160 gr tomato
16 ml soy sauce
16 ml worcestershire sauce
2 gr sugar
1 gr pepper
4 gr salt
230 gr spaghetti
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Notes: Use end cut pork chops. Meat should total 1 lb. boned and diced. Shop onion. Dice celery. Use 1 lb. can of tomatoes. Cheese to be shredded. Brown pork in the fat. Add onion and celery and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese and simmer 30 minutes. Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine meat mixture with spaghetti in 2 litre casserole. Mix well and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350) 30 minutes.
