Pork Chops With Apples

Ingredients

8 pork chops
30 ml oil
30 ml soy sauce
16 ml honey
2 garlic
2 slices apple

Instructions

In a jar, put: oil, soy sauce, honey and garlic. Close tightly and shake vigorously. Pour contents of jar on bottom of claybaker. Line up chops. Season with salt and pepper. Close claybaker and bake for 0.75 hour. Remove claybaker (be careful of steam!) and rapidly arrange apple slices, sprinkled with cinnamon, over meat. Close again and cook another 15 minutes.
