Pork Chops With Cabbage And Onion Marmalade

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
110 ml olive oil
450 gr bermuda onions
4 gr salt and pepper
65 gr firmly packed dark brown
120 ml chicken stock
80 ml wine vinegar
32 gr redcurrant jelly
1 lemon juice
4 pork loin chops
1 orange juice
1 orange
80 ml dry wine
1/4 head green cabbage

Instructions
