Pork Cutlet With Orange And Thyme

Ingredients

130 gr pork blade chops
8 keebler townhouse crackers
14 gr margarine
16 ml vegetable oil
1 gr thyme
1 gr orange rind
120 ml orange juice
1 basmati rice broccoli
4 cutlets
1 orange
3 people

Instructions

Tastes really good with Basmati rice ( half cup per person) and chopped broccoli side dishes. Also good with zucchini and carrot julienne.
