Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

some sugar
1 egg
16 ml water
130 gr pork
2 gr sugar
60 gr green onions with top
50 gr celery
350 gr rice
1 bean sprouts
45 ml soy sauce
2 eggs
1 gr salt
10 ml oil
1 gr sal stir-fry over high heat until browned
16 ml oil in separate
3 lengths
1/2 toward center

Instructions

and curl back. Chill in water 1 hour or overnight. Drain well before using.
