Pork Vindaloo

Ingredients

some mustard
650 gr pork
240 ml oil
12 ml mustard
240 ml vinegar
5 green chillies
2 cube ginger
3 gr turmeric
6 gr salt
1 sprig curry leaves
30 chillies
8 gr garlic
2 cummin
1 onion

Instructions

Add vinegar and salt. cover and cook on slow stove until meat is tender and oil floats to the top, about 1.5 to 2 hours. Do NOT add water! This is and oldie but a goodie.
