Porridge Meat Loaf

Ingredients

230 gr beef
130 gr pork
1 onion
1 slice leek thinly
2 porridge
6 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1/2 savory
1 gr thyme
120 gr consumme

Instructions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Grease a loaf pan, sprinkle with flour, and shake out excess. Pack in mixture and place in a pan filled with hot water until water comes 3 cm up side of loaf pan.

Bake at 160ÂșC about one hour, or until top is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
