Portabello Mushrooms, Angel Hair Pasta, And Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

475 ml tomato sauce
100 gr angel hair pasta
65 gr all purpose flour
1 emerils creole seasoning
60 ml olive oil
4 portabello mushrooms
5 in diameter
40 gr coarsely parmesan cheese
1 on side

Instructions

5. To serve, mound half cup of angel hair in each of 4 pasta bowls. Place 1 mushroom, top side up, on each portion of pasta. Nap with half cup of the sauce, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan.
