Porterhouse Steak With Hoisin Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

1,100 gr porterhouse steak
90 ml hoisin sauce
30 ml rice wine vinegar
30 ml soy sauce
18 gr butter
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
6 tomatoes
60 ml ketchup
30 ml dijon mustard
28 gr dark brown sugar
16 ml honey
2 gr cayenne
8 gr ancho chile powder
3 gr pasilla chile powder
1 worcestershire

Instructions

: Salt and freshly ground : black pepper to taste Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients. Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce.
