Ingredients

50 gr sliced celery
2 carrots shredded
1 clove garlic minced
2 margarine melted
575 gr chicken broth
3 potatoes
2 snipped fresh dill

Instructions

52 gr (120 ml) sliced celery

2 medium carrots shredded

1 clove garlic minced

2 teaspoons margarine melted

566 gr (960 ml) chicken broth OR water

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cup up about 3 cups

2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill OR 2tsp dired

1 15-oz can cannellini or great northern beans drained
