Potato-cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

425 gr potatoes
1/2 bacon
120 gr onion
16 gr flour
1 gr thyme
1 gr salt
350 ml beer
120 ml milk
550 gr cabbage
120 gr swiss cheese
1 boiling water
16 gr bacon fat
3 casserole
1/2 cabbage

9. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until cabbage is tender.
