Thaw potatoes and combine with half cup margarine, salt, pepper, onions,soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 33 cm casserole.
Combine corn flakes and remaining quarter cup margarine, spread over potatomixture. Bake at 180ºC or 45 to 60 minutes.
