Potato Casserole

Ingredients

575 gr hash brown potatoes
170 gr butter
60 gr green onions
475 ml sour cream
1 package creamy onion soup
3 gr salt
230 gr cheddar cheese
12 gr pepper
300 gr corn flakes

Instructions

Thaw potatoes and combine with half cup margarine, salt, pepper, onions,soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 33 cm casserole.

Combine corn flakes and remaining quarter cup margarine, spread over potatomixture. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 to 60 minutes.
