Potato Fudge Cake

Ingredients

230 gr butter
400 gr sugar
4 eggs
1 potato
1 germans sweet chocolate
1 lemon
1 gr allspice
1 gr cinnamon
120 ml milk
250 gr flour
10 gr baking powder
120 gr almonds
32 gr bitter chocolate
2 gr butter
325 gr brown sugar
75 gr butter
60 ml boiling water
1/2 marshmallows
2 gr vanilla
3 times
3 round torte with waxed paper to fit bottom

Instructions

and greased and floured sides. Bake at 160ÂșC for 1 hr, 15 min. Remove from oven and cool 5 min on a rack. Remove from pan and cool. cover with Marshmallow Icing. Melt 1 ounce bitter chocolate and half t butter in a small pan over boiling water. Spoon this mixture around edges of cake, let it run down the sides. MARSHMALLOW ICING: Cook brown sugar, butter and water in a boil until it reaches the softball stage. Add marshmallows and melt in a double boiler until spreadable. Beat in vanilla.
