Potato Salad With Italian Dressing

Ingredients

240 ml water
5 gr cornstarch
80 ml wine vinegar
6 gr tomato paste
1 clove garlic
16 ml country-style dijon mustard
1 gr basil
1 gr oregano
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr salt
16 ml olive oil
575 gr potatoes
1 shallot
250 gr green beans
65 gr kalamata olives
3 tomatoes
8 basil leaves
16 ml water
60 gr dressing

Instructions

dressing to coat the salad. If making the salad ahead, refrigerate; remove from refrigeration about 1 hour before serving.
