3/4 bacon
1 garlic clove
240 ml cream
26 ml balsamic vinegar
2 bacon fat
1/2 kale
1/2 garlic in
2 bacon fat over heat until kale is wilted
4 reserved cooking liquid in a po more cooking liquid
