Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

30 ml oil
2 slices onions
1 slice celery stalk
1 carrot
1 gr garlic powder
1 gr salt
4 tamari
1 1/4 cheesy gravy
10 slices potatoes
1 gr paprika
18 gr nutritional yeast

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, celery, carrot & seasonings. Cook for 7 minutes till vegetables are tender. In an 8 X 30 cm baking dish, alternate layers of gravy, potatoes & sauteed vegetables. Repeat. Top with the rest of the gravy. Sprinkle on paprika & nutritional yeast. Bake for 20 minutes.
