Pound Cake

Ingredients

230 gr butter
400 gr sugar
4 eggs
375 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
450 ml sour cream
4 gr vanilla extract

Instructions

Recipe by: FWDS07A Pat Dwigans Cream the butter and 2 C of sugar, add 2 eggs and mix well. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream to the batter, beginning and ending with the dry. Mix just until blended to together. Add vanilla. Pour into two lightly greased loaf pans. Mix quarter C sugar & 1 tsp vanilla. sprinkle over the batter. Bake 350 50-60 minutes Cool thoroughly best served the next day ----
