Praline Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

160 gr flour
1 gr salt
65 gr shortening
75 ml water
450 gr brown sugar
45 gr butter
65 gr pecans
375 gr pumpkin
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
3 eggs
160 ml evaporated milk
60 ml milk
16 gr bourbon
1/2 w
45 ml more water till all is moistened
12 circle
9 pie
1/2 beyond edge
375 oven

Instructions
