Prawn Pate
Ingredients
1 prawns
45 gr butter
45 ml cream cheese
16 ml sour cream
2 drops of tabasco
1 gr nutmeg
1 clove of garlic
16 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt and pepper
Instructions
Mince prawns and beat together with all other ingredients until smooth. Garnish with a whole prawn. Serve with hot toast triangles.
