Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients

450 gr stew beef
32 gr flour
60 gr onion
45 ml oil
4 gr salt
240 ml tomato juice
1 gr garlic powder
1 gr pepper
130 gr carrots
150 gr potatoes
50 gr celery
240 ml water
2 ml worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Dredge cut meat in flour and brown in oil. Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, half tsp salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes. Thicken sauce and serve.
