Prize Coffee Cake

Ingredients

350 gr sugar
55 gr margarine softened
1 egg
120 ml skim milk
190 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
110 gr brown sugar see directions
1 gr cinnamon see directions

Instructions

Mix together thoroughly sugar, margarine, egg. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk. Stir together and pour into 23 cm square pan. Make topping by combining brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 190ºC for 25 to 35 minutes. Recipe By : Betty Crocker
