Professor Plum's Pudding

Ingredients

325 gr bread crumbs
170 gr black raisins
170 gr golden raisins
110 gr currants
270 gr sugar
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr mace
1 gr nutmeg
220 gr butter
4 eggs
1 gr almond extract
85 gr rum

Instructions

platter and decorate, if you wish, with sprigs of holly. Warm half c rum or bourbon whiskey. Pour around the pudding & ignite. Serve with Zabaione Sauce, if desired. From Julia Child's, "The Way To Cook"
