Pumpernickel

Ingredients

20 b
150 gr corn meal
1 rye
130 gr wheat
3 bran
4 gr salt
270 ml water
45 ml molasses
22 ml dry milk
3 gr brotgewurtz
9 gr yeast
22 ml olive oil
16 gr instant coffee
5 gr cocoa

Instructions
