Pumpkin And Tomato Bisque
Ingredients
some pepper puree opt
some salt
14 gr butter
16 ml mild vegetable oil
1 onion
700 ml chicken stock
850 gr tomatoes w
7 gr maple syrup
1,000 gr made pumpkin
900 gr butternut puree
10 skillet
3 stock
Instructions
Reheat, and serve very hot, garnished with red pepper puree if desired. Serves 8-10 as a first course.
