Pumpkin Cake Cookies # 2

Ingredients

170 gr brown sugar
55 gr margarine
190 gr pumpkin
1 egg
160 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr allspice
1 gr salt
1 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Cream sugar and margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin and egg; beat well. Combine flour and next 6 ingredients; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 5 cm apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Flatten tops slightly. Bake at 180ÂșC for 18 minutes or until lightly size: 2 cookies). ----
